Affiliate Terms & Conditions
- Purchase of a Surprise Box: In order to become an affiliate with our store as an ambassador, it is necessary to make an initial purchase of a surprise box. This condition is because we request you to create a video explaining the details of the purchased box as part of your affiliate process and then make an initial sale as an affiliate. Once you have fulfilled this requirement, you will have the option to request a refund of the money spent on the box.
- Video Content: To demonstrate your commitment to our brand and products, we require the video you create to clearly showcase the surprise box you have purchased and include the following points:
- A review and detailed description of each product within the surprise box content.
- Report the purchase price. (Price in yen, dollars, and in affiliate country’s currency value)
- Provide a clear and honest opinion of the purchased item.
- Offer clear and specific information on how to proceed with the purchase of the surprise box
- The video will be used to verify your participation and will help promote our store in an authentic and transparent manner.
- IMPORTANT: The right of admission for the affiliate is reserved. In the event that the expectations desired by our team are not met, affiliate membership will be denied, and therefore, a refund for the purchased box will not be provided.
- Refund of the money spent on the box: Once you have created and shared the video, it is necessary to make an initial sale. After the first sale made as an affiliate, a refund will be issued for the money spent on purchasing the surprise box (excluding shipping costs) The refund will be processed through your affiliate account.
- Refund promotion valid until December 31, 2024.
- Promotion commitment: As an affiliate, you commit to promoting our surprise boxes in an honest and responsible manner through your digital channels. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing content related to our products, affiliate links, and promotional codes provided by our store.
- Compliance with rules and regulations: By affiliating with our surprise box store, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and policies in your jurisdiction. Deceptive promotional practices, spam, offensive content, or any other activity that could harm the image of our brand is not permitted.
- Sales commissions: As an affiliate, you will have the opportunity to earn 10% commissions for each sale made through your affiliate link. Commissions are calculated on the total value of sales after applying discounts and excluding shipping costs and taxes. Commissions will be paid according to the terms and conditions outlined in the affiliate program.
- Payments for Generated Sales: In order to ensure an efficient and transparent payment process, payments for sales generated by our affiliates are conducted through the PayPal system. We aim to provide you with a straightforward and equitable experience, which is why payments are made precisely in the amount of your earnings. This means that if you have generated earnings of 5,000 yen, you will receive that amount accurately. Furthermore, it’s important to note that PayPal commission fees are the responsibility of the affiliate, and the exact amount of your earnings will be sent without deductions. This way, we provide you with a secure and transparent transaction to reward your efforts as an affiliate.
- When can I request payment for my generated sales: The minimum balance required to request a payment is 5,000 yen (approximately 34 dollars). Once you have reached this threshold, you can request your payment through our system. This measure is designed to ensure an efficient and secure transaction. We value your commitment as an affiliate and are here to provide you with the best possible experience.”
- Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program, as well as the terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. In the event of non-compliance with the established terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your participation in the affiliate program.
